WEST End musicals are coming to Ellesmere Port. Regional
drama school Dramania is staging its end of summer show The Musicals at
the town’s Civic Hall on Saturday (September 13). Doors open at 4.30pm with the show starting at 5pm. Drama director Bryan Povey said: “This is set to be an amazing show. “We
have taken songs and dance routines from all of the popular musicals
from over the years and added the Dramania touch to them. “Our audience will be in for a treat.” Dramania
has rapidly become one of the foremost performing arts academies in
Ellesmere Port and Chester since its inception in early 2005. Bryan
said: “The reason why we are a successful stage school is down to the
teaching and support staff who are extremely passionate about what they
do. “Everything we do is centred around the student and each one is given the opportunity to shine.” Dramania students were asked to perform at the Roam the Rows two-day event in Chester last month. Secretary
Dave Burrows said: “They were wonderful and highly professional, they
certainly brought a smile to the people of Chester.” If you want your child to join Dramania, call Bryan Povey on 0151 356 8655 or visit www.dramania.org to register online. |
